Not a lending site

Mikaela Kamish and Molly Stenerson are marketing professionals, not licensed loan originators, and do not originate loans, quote rates, or provide lending advice. All mortgage questions are referred to the licensed loan officers of the Eden Prairie branch.

Co-marketing activities with real estate professionals are conducted in accordance with RESPA Section 8. Fairway pays only fair market value for services actually provided and does not compensate for referrals. Marketing services described on this site are offered to real estate professionals as business-to-business marketing collaboration; participation is never conditioned on the referral of business, and referrals are never compensated.

Branch production figures (963 families served; $348M funded) reflect 2025 Eden Prairie branch totals from internal Fairway production records. Scotsman Guide Top Originator counts reflect office honorees across Scotsman Guide's annual verified ranking programs. The statement regarding Oliver White reflects Fairway's internal 2025 individual production rankings. Figures are historical and are not a guarantee of future performance or of any individual outcome.

Privacy

This site collects no personal information. There are no contact forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, and no third-party trackers. If you email or message the team, that communication happens on the platform you choose, under that platform's terms.
