Co-marketing activities with real estate professionals are conducted in accordance with RESPA Section 8. Fairway pays only fair market value for services actually provided and does not compensate for referrals.

What does this cost me?

Nothing. Marketing support for our realtor partners is part of how our branch does business. Where we formally co-market — like splitting a co-branded campaign or co-hosting an event — costs are shared at fair market value, exactly as RESPA requires, and we'll always put that in writing first.

Do I have to send you a deal first?

No. Come to a class, join a content day, grab coffee with Mikaela. We earn partnerships by being useful before we ever ask for anything — and referrals are never a condition of marketing support.

How fast can you turn something around?

Standard design requests usually turn around within one to two business days. Open house kits and listing launches are our bread and butter — tell us your timeline and we build backwards from it.

What if I already have a brand I love?

Even better. We design inside your brand — your colors, your logo, your voice — with our co-branding added compliantly. You keep the identity you've built; we add production capacity behind it.
